Our owner, Phyllis Raymond, has been a registered nurse for over 40 years. She has worked in many various settings with a strong background in caring for Alzheimer's patients, before establishing Accent Health Care Services in 1992. We are a licensed home-care agency regulated by the New York State Department of Health, so you can trust us to meet your in-home care needs. As part of our exhaustive hiring process, all caregivers are fingerprinted and go through a background check.
